“ Came here on Sunday the 5th of February and I will explain why I mention the date after I write my review. I found this place on Google because I wanted to try a new place near my hometown and found Peacock after a lengthy search. Had never heard of this place so that was a good thing. I walked in and was impressed at how quiet this place was. I really like quiet ambiences at coffee shops! I also admired the glowing sign at the barista station, it is so unique! Thomas greeted me and I asked him if I could try a shot of his espresso. He proceeded to explain that it is a single-origin bean from Brazil. He gave me a shot and the crema was the first thing I noticed. Very smooth crema. I loved the taste! Very bold yet had the chocolate notes along with caramel. Single-origins are far more bold and I can appreciate that. It tends to hold itself with milk than a blend. I only had it straight for the taste test but will be trying with milk at home. Now, the date I mentioned is important because the beans were roasted on the 4th of February. Thomas explained to me that I have to wait 5-10 days for the beans to gas out, balancing the C02 levels. I learned something new today! I'm pretty new to espresso knowledge so this was a good detail. I have to wait until Valentine's Day to drink this single-origin, and I bet it will be worth the wait! I will come back and update my review after tasting it out of my Delonghi Magnifica Evo. Thank you Thomas for the complimentary espresso shot and for your wonderful service! I know you have a passion for what you do and for your customers! I will be back again soon! ”
“ We have always made a stop for coffee at The Peacock on the Parkway whenever we visit town, so you can imagine our excitement when he expanded into cocktails and food at the new location in Kennewick! The space felt extremely cozy and relaxing, and the cocktails were some of the best we had ever had! High recommendations for the Espresso Martini, Manhattan, French 75, Espresso-infused Bourbon, and our favorite, the Green Tea Shots! I love the innovative mindset that the owner has- always looking for new and unique methods for coffee and cocktails! This is a MUST VISIT! ”
“ The Peacock has such a colorful and warm vibe. I had the most amazing cup of Aztec hot chocolate here...rich, thick, perfectly spiced and they even accommodated me with a dairy-free version. I’ve never tasted anything like it anywhere else!! The menu pricing is super reasonable, too. I ordered a charcuterie board, which included a delicious variety of cheeses, meats, crackers & fruit; fun snack, plenty for two people (with leftovers!) for less than the cost of a fast food meal. Definitely go check them out, great hang out spot ”

“ It's been nice to see this location transformed into a comfortable coffee house and cocktail bar. The in-house roasted coffee is very good, and the proprietor is an extremely detail-oriented person that takes care of all the little things that make a consistently great cup of coffee. Beans and syrups have been chosen for their quality. I haven't had any of the cocktails here, but they have several great beers on tap, at least one cider (my spouse is not a beer drinker, but she likes a good cider...) While I gave this place 5 stars for service, you do need to order at the counter, as there is no dedicated wait staff. Our pizza was delivered to the table on the patio, but (I think) there's an expectation that you'll bus your own dishes when you're done. As I do the same thing at home, I don't see that as a problem. It's early April as I write this, and the patio is now open, expanding the available seating. It's a fully covered patio on the north side, so you can sit outside without being blasted by sunshine as you enjoy your food and drink. ”
